Thinking about Foam Packaging & Garment Packaging BagIt's still going to work the very same way", my exasperated husband hissed into my ear as I got cartons after containers of some 'designer' tissue. Yes, for a graphic designer and writer who knows all about the kind of effort one puts into product packaging and branding products, I sure fell for it. I am entitled to fall for good packaging, I have a dominating right to be human.
But they are so quite ... the packaging. I swear!
They have the 'nature enthusiast' product packaging, the 'fruity' product packaging, the 'lady on the go' product packaging, and then they have the 'kids' packaging. I got 4 of each style packages and made a run for the counter with them with my shrieking kids and exasperated other half running after me in sluggish motion.
Well, in this case, I was running for checkout with boxes of tissue paper with fancy packaging styles on them. I enjoyed the product packaging develops so much, after using up all the tissues in the boxes, I would cut out the designs and position it into my 'should keep for recommendation' clear folder. I don't keep a lot of stuff in there due to the fact that I am quite selective about the styles that I like, but these packaging designs made the cut.
You see, this is the kind of thing that occurs when you put some effort into making your packaging style. Yeah, we all have this in the back of our heads ... "Hey, it's PACKAGING! They're going to THROW the PACKAGING away.
This is what I have to tell you, as a graphic designer and customer. The more effort you put into creating your packaging, more customers will stop and have a look at your product packaging or what's inside the product packaging. Now, does it make good sense for me to say now that when they take and stop notification of your packaging, your chance of getting them to purchase your item boosts? Exactly.
And without an electrifying packaging, consumers are going to stroll past the loads and heaps of other competitor items ... and yours ... without even understanding you're there! Your item is sitting there on a rack, for goodness sake, and the only weapon you have is to have a nice packaging sleeves.
Think of it!
